Horses as Mirrors of Our Souls

March 31, 2012 by

July 13-15  2012

This 3-day introductory Equine Facilitated Learning workshop offers an opportunity for participants to seek the buried treasure that lies deep within our souls by experiencing the natural connection between horses and humans. Through exploration of the messages behind the emotions and recognizing the false self voices that govern reactions and behaviors, participants can begin to clear a pathway through life’s experiences and resulting limiting patterns to experience the freedom of living in the moment as who we truly are.

Activities will include meeting the herd, using the body as a sensing device, reflective round pen experiences, a cleansing and releasing ceremony, and shamanic drumming meditations. Each morning we begin with Svaroopa yoga sessions that open the body mind and spirit in preparation for a deeper experience.

This introductory workshop is a qualification for advanced work at Loghaven or with Linda Kohanov at the Epona Equestrian Center in AZ.
