Awakening to Spirit through the Way of the Horse
August 20, 2009 by EveBLee
Experience a deeper awareness of yourself, identify your personal roadblocks, and explore areas of bodily tension that inhibit your ability to reach your own true potential as you meet and engage with the Equine Magic Appaloosa herd. Allow your body, mind, and spirit to awaken and move to a new rhythm in our changing world amidst shifting reality.
Through a series of specially designed activities in a group setting, you will receive a boost in self esteem and confidence that comes from learning how to establish boundaries as you engage and direct a thousand pound creature using mental focus, creative visualization and clarity of intent.

Horses as Mirrors of Our Souls
May 20, 2009 by EveBLee
This 3-day introductory Equine Facilitated Learning workshop offers an opportunity for participants to seek the buried treasure that lies deep within our souls by experiencing the natural connection between horses and humans. Through exploration of the messages behind the emotions and recognizing the false self voices that govern reactions and behaviors, participants can begin to clear a pathway through life’s experiences and resulting limiting patterns to experience the freedom of living in the moment as who we truly are.
Activities will include meeting the herd, using the body as a sensing device, reflective round pen experiences, a cleansing and releasing ceremony, and shamanic drumming meditations. Each morning we begin with Svaroopa yoga sessions that open the body mind and spirit in preparation for a deeper experience.
This introductory workshop is a qualification for advanced work at Loghaven or with Linda Kohanov at the Epona Equestrian Center in AZ.

Healing Ourselves through the Way of the Horse
March 20, 2009 by EveBLee
This three-day introductory Equine Facilitated Learning workshop provides an opportunity for interacting with the Loghaven Appaloosa herd to experience the healing power of horses. With the archetype of Chiron the Wounded Healer as a guide, participants will explore ways of overcoming personal issues and accepting the lessons life has given. Chiron has become a symbol for the great wisdom and healing power for others that arises from the pain that has been borne. Horses have the ability to reflect our experiences of abandonment and wounding by the arrows of life so that healing begins.
Activities will include reflective round pen work with the horses, guided meditations, a journey ride on horseback (no experience required), creative expressions of the messages behind emotions and false self voices, and a cleansing and releasing ceremony. Svaroopa Yoga will begin each day, and individual intensives with the horses can be scheduled before or after this workshop.
This introductory workshop is a qualification for advanced work in Equine Facilitated Learning at Loghaven with Eve and with Linda Kohanov at the Epona Equestrian Center in Arizona.
